Troubleshooting Email Deliverability

So when I use PrivateEmail to send emails directly to a specific email, it works perfectly fine and goes straight to the inbox.

But when I use Sendy & Amazon SES to send the same email to the same email address in an emailing list (only the one email), it goes straight to spam.

What could be the reasons for this? And what can I do to fix it?
