Which is more effective?
I was just on with MailChimp Customer Service, it was horrible!
Apparently any contact imported as transactional cannot be used to send emails with special offers because it is not imported as Subscribed. Yet, this contacts list is used to calculate your pay scale for the service. If you export the data and import it as a new list of people, the Sales Data disappears. Is this common? To me, this seems like a waste of money..
Any information from some veterans would be much appreciated.
