Very Weird Email Marketing Discrepancy

Hey Fellow Marketing folks,

I am facing a very unusual scenario.

I use a CRM called Zoho for email marketing. Using their shared IP I sent an email and the open rate was 1.5%.

Using another IP of theirs which is dedicated, I got an open rate of 36.07% on the same list, same content. CTR was 1%

But then I analyzed the report correctly.

Out of 492 opens, 303 had open time exactly the same as sent time. Not a second of difference.

All exhibited the same behavior 1 open 0 clicks

Given our audience wouldn't be that tech savvy but is this weird?
