Hi guys, I have a client that has his website hosted in a shared server that does not allow remote SMTP connections and has his email hosting with a different provider hence I have only the HTTP API option available. I am trying to sign up to some transactional email service that allows me to send an email everytime a website contact form is filled with information through an HTTP API. I have tried SendGrid and it worked for the first day and then I got locked out. Today I tried Sendinblue and it didn't allow me to send emails and the support team told me they cannot accept me. Same thing with Pepipost. When I asked for answers they cannot disclose anything so I really don't know what the hell is wrong...! I tested my domain, my IP and my email account to see if they were blacklisted or scored low in reputation. Still haven't figured out. If some of you guys have experienced something similar I would be eternally thankful to hear your thoughts! Thanks in advance [link] [comments] |
