what sort of conversion rate should I expect for Ebook sales to my email list?

I'm in the process of brainstorming for an upcoming ebook to sell to my email list and also on my website and I'm wondering what is a reasonable expectation for a conversation rate from my email list?

I plan to price the book between $25-30.
