What are y'all's experiences with Luminate like? Is it user-friendly? Does it have the functionality you want it to have? How is the reporting on sent emails? What is the email builder like?
I'm not completely new to email marketing but pretty new and my experience is limited to mail chimp and constant contact. I had to sit in on a meeting today about Luminate, and my organization is interested in it because it can interface with blackbaud/altru. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!
