Can you recommend a ‘one-to-many’ email marketing automation platform

I’m looking for new marketing automation software but it must be able to manage a ‘one-to-many’ database relationship.

We are a B2C business and our clients are pet owners. Each client may have multiple pets and so we need to be able to segment data based on the underlying pets. Hence the one-to-many requirement.

It seems many of the hundreds of marketing automation platforms out there don’t support this so looking for any recommendations.

Budget is <£1k (US$1.3k) per month.
