To manage email effectively, both transactional and marketing, you need to cover these areas:
1 design the email template, possibly collaboratively;
2 test how a template looks on various devices;
3 trap emails to ensure only correct emails are sent;
4 spammyness checking;
5 invalid tags/syntax checking;
6 deliverability monitoring;
7 email authentication monitoring;
8 blacklist monitoring; both IP and domain;
9 email list hygiene management;
10 email analytics.
Currently we cover these areas by stitching various services from multiple locations. But we feel it would be better to have something that's all-in-one, more streamlined and automated. That would make us less worried and more productive, and email quality higher.
Do you have the same need?
