I have been gifted a list of 60K+ and I need help with it.

The list has 60K emails and I am trying to determine where to start with marketing to it.

1. How do I drop the emails that bounce?
2. How do I start selling to this list? What are the recommendations from the community?
3. Which autoresponder should I start with?

Mostly my goal with this is to practice email marketing so that I can learn how to do this.
