Question about email reputation and help fixing a problem

So my company accidentally sent like 100k recipients each a handful of emails all at once and then an apology email. This has seemed to really damage our domain reputation resulting in our emails directly going to everyones spam folder. Does anyone have experience with gaining back domain reputation or possible steps forward to fix this?
