We have records (well over a million) for our customers and partial (abandoned cart) and are looking for a provider or host that will allow us to email them, but to upload the list rather than done via opt-in? We will be Running hygiene and cleaning the list for bounce/dead. Any recommendations for a company/host or even a service that will do it for us for a fee/cut? Or best way to do this?
