I need help with this product? Need your feedback

I've been working on this product (getwemail.io) for a while but it seems not to pick up any growth. It's a WordPress based email marketing plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/wemail/ , along with a sending API you can manage email marketing within the WordPress dashboard.

I know it's not something groundbreaking nor it's innovating anything but I was hoping it would at least get a couple of thousands of active installs. I want to know why - is it too pricey? are people not willing to make the switch? are the features not good enough for the switch?

I'm desperate to know the impression & feedback. I'm willing to give you guys premium product access(1/2 months) if it's needed.
