I'm on the Comms team at a large arts NFP. We send bi-weekly newsletters to a mailing list of 220k+ via Campaign Monitor and are in the process of optimizing template design. Although Campaign Monitor templates are relatively plug and play, we're looking to make some brand-specific changes. As of now it's just our internal team mocking up template improvements, but we could use some outside help (imo) to get to a more professional look (and make use of 2021 newsletter best practices, which we're probably not in the loop about).
Where can I look to help for this sort of thing? Are there designers at the company who will assist for a fee, or an outside consultant who can optimize our template for us?
