So much frustration. Our 2nd provider now. These providers know once your onboard they have you by the balls and they act like it.
We just had an account manager change and our old manager didn't even tell us. We found out after our new AM told us by replying a week late to our email to them. Now we can't call them but only book a call for next week. We're having issues but hey, again, by the balls so.....we'll have to wait.
Anyone have ANY solutions as to how you can apply pressure to get at least decent service?
