Hello, I would like to look into using my businesses collection of emails to contact customers. I operate 5 pizzerias, in which each location has a database of 3500-7500 emails each, as they vary in size. Corporate has an email blast program, however I do not know if they are all subscribed, or who has opted out. These emails are linked to their customer profiles, mainly from ordering online.
Am I allowed to contact these customers? I can run a report to receive all the emails, and I can also use my system to "Delete Customers Who Have Not Ordered Since" and set it to 6-12 months, then run the report so I am not contacting people who aren't around anymore.
I also dont know what systems or programs are in place to do email blasts. When I have tried a trial before, with friend and family emails, almost ALL emails were blocked by the receiving emails as spam or they wouldn't even get that far, and the system received an error reply. This would be a once a month contact max. The office system is already 2-4 times a month, and this would be store specific instead of company wide.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
