Newsletter signup form with multiple options?

Hi everyone, I work for a Nonprofit agency and I'm currently in the process of updating/revamping a lot of our email collection forms, widgets, and tools. Among them is a widget that allows our site visitors to sign up for our newsletter by selection their relevant interest. ​ Current Signup Widget Unfortunately selecting from the 3 options doesn't link to individual emailing lists within something like Mailchimp, which leads to a lot of manual editing on our part to create lists for Enrollment, Events and Happenings, and Careers respectively. Would anyone know of a Wordpress plugin or similar solution that would allow for a simple signup form that would delegate captured emails to their appropriate mailing lists in a more automated fashion? submitted by /u/humanios [link] [comments]
