Question Re: Email Domain Reputation Impact and Mass Notifications to Customers

We are a property management firm and need to send the unit owners in the properties we manage blast email notifications to provide building updates.

My understanding is that response rate is one of the factors that determines email domain reputation. And so, in order to protect our main domain reputation, we are planning to use a different email domain for the blast emails.

That said, is there any way to protect the domain reputation of the blast email domain so that these notifications just don't go straight to owners' spam folders?

Note: We do not expect owners to reply to these blast email notifications since they are merely notifications and so the response rate to these emails should be extremely low if not 0%.
